Deepa is able to make applications for emergency non-molestation orders and/or occupation orders for those seeking urgent relief from abuse. Deepa’s caseload focuses on financial disputes with an asset base upwards of £10,000,000. Deepa tends to focus on the more complex areas of financial disputes. Deepa also advises cohabitees and property owners in respect of their property rights and interests and has represented her clients in many successful negotiations and hearings regarding their interest in property.

Deepa also has a detailed knowledge of and extensive experience in the appropriate drafting of high net worth client’s pre and post nuptial agreements as well as in relation to the impact that these agreements have in the event of a divorce.

Deepa works closely with other professionals such as mediators, financial advisors and counsellors to help guide her clients through both the emotional and legal journey of their divorce or separation.
