Sabina Angeli is experienced Immigration Solicitor with over 9 years of experience in Immigration. Her areas of expertise include PBS Business Immigration, Corporate Immigration for the Companies/Organisations, Private Immigration – family visa applications such as fiancée, spouse, Unmarried couple, Adult Dependant relative, family visitor. Most notably, she has successfully represented International Oil & Gas company with offices in the UK, USA and Dubai against suspension/revocation of sponsorship licence by the Home Office, R v UKVI, she is also experienced in advising businesses on compliance within the PBS and prevention of suspension and revocation of licences. N v SSHD – Sabina has successfully represented politically active female client, who was in opposition to the government in DRC and was a victim of torture. After having presented meticulously prepared representations and supporting evidence, including medical report, the client has been granted Refugee status.
S. v SSHD – In this case Sabina has successfully represented a client with severe mental health illness who was detained for over 10 months in Immigration detention centre, against unlawful detention.
K v SSHD – Sabina has successfully represented a client in a Judicial Review claim against the decision of the Secretary of State to refuse entry clearance to the client’s mother, against which there was no right of appeal.
A.F. v SSHD – In this case Sabina has successfully obtained Certificates of Sponsorship and advised the client on the requirements of the UKVI on the duties of the Sponsor and Compliance with employing foreign migrants who are non-EEA nationals.
